Crazy Horse Paris is good enought to eat!

collaboration

Fauchon and Crazy Horse Paris, symbols of parisian elegance and impertinence, unveil a news gourmet & glamourous pastry.

To celebrate 65 years of design and “crazyness”, Crazy Horse Paris has invited famous Parisian lingerie designer Chantal Thomass to take on the artistic direction of its new show Dessous Dessus. On this occasion, the French house of Fauchon, a name synonymous with luxury food and fine groceries, created for the first time an éclair inspired by the curves of the dancers of the legendary cabaret.

For this wildly chic & Parisian collaboration, the Head Pastry Chef of the House, Patrick Pailler, has combined the sophistication of Fauchon with the glamour of Crazy Horse Paris by offering a brand new recipe for this éclair. Topped with a white chocolate shell in pop colours that recall the lighting effects of Crazy Horse Paris, this chic pastry hides a Madagascar vanilla cream heart mixed with a raspberry-ginger compote, on a whipped vanilla and ginger cream ganache.

To succumb to the pleasure of the Crazy by FAUCHON éclair, head quickly to the Fauchon boutique in Paris, at 24-26 Place de la Madeleine, between October 5 and December 31, 2016, or visit Fauchon’s website.

This absolutely stunning sweet will be available to discover in its “cocktail” version at Crazy Horse Paris for the entire duration of the show Dessous Dessus, in some offers, including Crazy Premium. Book your tickets for Dessous Dessus now, and spend an evening full of delights!
