APPLICATION OF THE TERMS OF SALE
These terms of sale (here in after the “TOS”), govern the sales of seats for the Crazy Horse shows on the web site www.lecrazyhorseparis.com, (here in after the “Site”)
The Crazy Horse reserves the right to, at any time, modify the prices and conditions of the TOS. In any event, the contractual terms and conditions binding the Crazy Horse and yourself are those of the TOS in force at the day of booking of your seat(s).
You expressly acknowledge that the specificity of the services provided by the Crazy Horse is such that it excludes the application to the TOS of any French legislation relating to the mail-order selling.
Your confirmation of the entirety of the data appearing in the form of booking on line, together with your payment of the seat(s), entails your agreement without reservation to the TOS.

SEATS, PRICES & PAYMENTS
Your individual booking allowance is limited ten (10) seats per show.
You may book orchestra seat(s) with two different prices depending both on your beverage selection. Additional drink(s) will be charged at their current price.
Orchestra seats are not numbered. Therefore, in case of the booking of several seats, the Crazy Horse cannot in any way guarantee that all the seats will be grouped in the same perimeter of the premises.
Booking of seats is not available for the bar.
The booking of seats is processed in real time, therefore, you are immediately informed of the seats availability.
If the Crazy Horse’ offer meets your requirements, the Site invites you to transmit the credit card number to which the payment will be charged.
Your booking is deemed to be final once the payment of the price has been finalised.
You will then receive by return the electronic mail confirmation of your booking.
This confirmation of your booking is strictly personal to you and your party (when applicable; it represents the availability of the seats.
All prices are in euros, inclusive of tax; the booking of seats via the Site is exclusively payable with the following credit cards: JCB, CARTE BLEUE/VISA, EUROCARD/MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS.

UNAVAILABILITY
In the event of a full or partial booking of the place, the Site invites you to seek other availabilities within its unrolling menus. When satisfied by one of the availabilities suggested by the Crazy Horse, please proceed with the procedure of payment stated hereabove.

CANCELLATION TIME LIMIT
In case of cancellation WITHIN 7 DAYS after date of reservation and banking transaction , cancellation of booking and transaction will be automatically charged.
BEYOND 7 DAYS your date of reservation and banking transaction YOUR CURRENT BOOKING IS NOT REFUNDABLE and the credit card will be automatically charged.
In order to postpone your current booking, please call directly the Sale Department +33 (0)1 47 23 97 90.
You may then be offered a choice of available dates within which you will select your date, which may not be changed again under any circumstances. Subject to the applicable provisions of article LIABILITY hereunder, the cancellation of the resulting booking does not give any right to any compensation whatsoever.

SECURITY OF PAYMENTS
In order to ensure the security of your payments, the Crazy Horse has adopted the SSL standard of coding.

LIABILITY
You are entitled to a live on stage show. The order, the layout or the casting of the show are left with the exclusive discretion of the Crazy Horse. Therefore, except for the sake of improving its future services and performances, the Crazy Horse cannot take into account, any grievances or criticisms, notably those regarding the nature of the show.
If and when the show will have been cancelled by the Crazy Horse, you will be offered other seats for another date within the limit of the seats available. If you cannot attend the show your seat will be refunded to you.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
The provisions of the TOS are construed and governed by French law; accordingly, pursuant to the provisions of Section 46 of the NCPC, the courts of the Paris Court of Appeals district will have jurisdiction over any claim or dispute arising out of the application of the TOS.

LEGAL INFORMATION
Crazy Horse Paris - RCS Paris B 562 035 311 - operates a cabaret under the name Crazy Horse Saloon, at 12, avenue George V, 75008, Paris which produces top quality live stage shows for French and international customers.

Youth protection
Pursuant to the provisions of the Ordonnance N°59-28 of January 5th, 1959 and other legislation regarding the protection of young people, the prevention of public drunkenness and the organization of live on-stage shows, admission to the cabaret is restricted to patrons of more than 18 years old.

Internal rules
As a matter of courtesy and respect to the quality of the show and of the customers, a decent dress is requested from our patrons, as well as a correct behavior notably vis-à-vis the employees and artists, during and after the show.
Any infringement to the above requirements will allow the Crazy Horse to refuse admittance to the premises or entail the immediate ejection of the offender from the premises who will neither be refunded, nor be entitled to any compensation, notwithstanding the right for the Crazy Horse to initiate any proceeding against the said offender.

Personal data
All and any customer’s personal data provided to the Crazy Horse at the time of booking are privileged, confidential and exclusively restricted to the internal use of the Crazy Horse in order to satisfy the customer’s booking and requests, and are not communicated to any third parties.
Pursuant to the terms and provisions of the law dated, January 6th, 1978 (“Informatique et Libertés” regarding the protection of individuals against abusive computer filing of personal data), any customer is entitled to check, amend and forbid the use of any of his/her personal data, the interested customer must file a request to that effect, stating his/her name, forenames and address, and either e-mail it to sales@lecrazyhorseparis.com or mail it to:

Intellectual property rights
All the contents of this Site and, the interior architecture of the cabaret, the choreography of the show, or the dancer 's dress, or any other device whatsoever, specially designed and/or created by and/or for the Crazy Horse, are deemed to be original and therefore protected either under the French copyright and trademark laws and/or under any legislation protecting other applicable proprietary rights, such as but not limited to industrial and intellectual property rights.
Therefore any reproduction, in part or all, of this Site, or any reproduction or recording of the show or of any elements therein, is considered to be an infringement unless authorized by the French Intellectual Property Code, and provided always that it does not in anyway damage the individual rights of the Crazy Horse’s employees.
The name "Crazy Horse" is a registered trademark. Any use of the trademark, unless expressly authorized by the Crazy Horse or by law is forbidden and considered to be an infringement of the said trademark under the provisions of the French Code de la propiriété Intellectuelle.

The links currently existing on the Site can direct the Net surfer towards sites belonging to other parties. These Site links are only provided to help the navigation of the Net surfer. The Crazy Horse shall in no event be whatsoever liable in case of the activation of these links and/or the contents of such linked sites.

The Crazy Horse may be brought to set up cookies, in order to optimize the performance of the Site.
These cookies are only set up in order to record information relating to the Site users’ parameters (if the user came already on the site, frequency of access, agents of search etc).
The cookies cannot be used to identify the user (addresses e-mail, identity etc).
