I – GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1 These general terms and conditions (hereafter the “Terms”) govern the bookings for services at the Cabaret (hereafter “Booking(s)”) made by the client (hereafter the “Client”) via the Website or Le Crazy Horse’s booking office (hereafter the “Booking Office”) at 12 avenue George V à Paris (75008) FRANCE.

1.2 Le Crazy Horse reserves the right to change the Terms and prices (hereafter the “Prices”) at any time. In any event, the contractual relationship that binds Le Crazy Horse to the Client is subject to the Terms and Prices in force on the day the booking is made.

1.3 These Terms apply to Bookings made by the Client, whether an adult private individual or a corporate body.

1.4 By going ahead with your Booking, you unconditionally agree to these Terms.

II – BOOKING

2.1 Booking procedure

You can make your Booking via the Website using the link http://lecrazyhorseparis.com/en/reservation, or via the Booking Office at 12 avenue George V à Paris (75008), by telephone on +33 1 47 23 32 32 or by sending an email to reservation@lecrazyhorseparis.com.

You can book up to ten (10) places maximum via the Website for the same performance of the show (hereafter the “Performance”). Bookings for larger numbers are subject to specific terms defined in clause IV.

You must not resell tickets (including gift certificates) or reproduce any ticket and/or gift certificate.

2.2 Booking particulars: services

Le Crazy Horse provides a wide range of offers (hereafter the “Offers”) for the Cabaret show, on the time and at the time chosen by the Client. These Offers may include drinks, a selection of appetisers and caviar.

Some Offers also include dinner before or after the Performance in one of the partner restaurants (hereafter the “Restaurant”), which are all situated nearby Le Crazy Horse. Meals may take place before or after the Performance, depending on the choice confirmed when the Booking is made and based on the menu described on the Website. As a result, we cannot make any changes to the menu. However, please note that the partner restaurants can change the menus at any time.

The Booking only includes the services mentioned in the Offer selected, to the exclusion of any other. If you do not consume any product included in an Offer on the day of the Performance, we will not issue any refund or credit note. However, you can order additional services besides those included in the Offer you have booked, the price for which will be added to your bill. Similarly, for any Offer that includes champagne, you may substitute the range ordered for a superior range, subject to availability and the relevant price adjustment.

The various services included in an Offer are indivisible. If you cancel one of the services, you will not therefore be entitled to a postponement or partial refund.

Drinks are only served before the start of the Performance and during the interval. They cannot be consumed outside the Cabaret under any circumstances. The Client cannot therefore take away any unconsumed drink at the end of the Performance.

Le Crazy Horse may promote “special offers or deals” such as “last-minute” offers or “Valentine’s” specials, which may be subject to special terms listed on the Website in the description.

2.3 Seating

All of the Offers, except the “Crazy Bear” and “Under 26” Offers, entitle the Client to a seat, the location of which is determined by Le Crazy Horse. As a result, we do not give any guarantee as to the location of seats in terms within the auditorium. Please note that the “Crazy Exclusive” offer provides a specific area predefined within the room; however, seating within this zone remains at the discretion of Le Crazy Horse. As far as possible, Le Crazy Horse will endeavour to groups your seats together, side by side.

2.4 Technical procedure for Bookings via the Website or the Booking Office

(i) If you make your Booking online, you will be invited to choose the date and time, using the interactive calendar; you will then be asked to specify the number of people for the selected Offer and indicate that you are aware and that you accept the Terms by ticking the appropriate box. If we cannot accommodate your chosen date or time, we will ask you to choose another date and complete the Bookings procedure up to the payment step. The Booking will then be binding and final as soon as we receive your payment.

(ii) If you make your Booking via the Booking Office, by telephone or in person, a booking agent will advise you when you are making your choice and will guide you up to the payment step. The Booking will then be binding and final as soon as we receive your payment. This payment means that you fully accept the Terms.

(iii) Whatever booking method you use, you will receive a confirmation of your Booking by email (hereafter the “Confirmation”) stating the availability of places for the chosen Performance and in line with the selected Offer. The Confirmation only applies to its holder and any companions, if there are any. It is not an “e-ticket”. You can only collect show tickets (hereafter the “Tickets”) from the Booking Office on the day of the Performance 30 minutes before said Performance starts. To do so, you must present your Confirmation and, if necessary, ID.

(iv) If you have chosen an Offer that includes a Restaurant, we will tell you in the Confirmation the time of your visit and under which name the Booking is made. If the mealtime is before the Performance, we suggest that you go straight to the Restaurant and then come to Le Crazy Horse to collect your Tickets 30 minutes before the Performance starts.

III – PRICES AND PAYMENTS

3.1 The Prices and Offers are in Euros, including tax, and vary according to the Offer, the date and the time of the Performance chosen by the Client. The Prices are available on the Website via the following link http://lecrazyhorseparis.com/offres/offres-spectacle and from the Booking Office; other formats, including leaflets, are available.

3.2 Le Crazy Horse reserves the right to review the Prices, at any time and without notice, on the understanding that it will charge the Client the Prices in force on the day the Booking was made.

3.3 Bookings made via the Website can only be paid for using a bankcard; those made via the Booking Office – by email, by telephone or in person – can also be paid by cheque or bank transfer. Le Crazy Horse accepts bankcards from JCB, CARTE BLEUE/VISA, EUROCARD/MASTERCARD, DINERS and AMERICAN EXPRESS.

3.4 Cash payments are only accepted at the Booking Office and in line with the thresholds set out by current regulations.

3.5 Le Crazy Horse accepts the following gift vouchers as payment at the Booking Office: “Ticket Kadeos Horizon”, “Ticket Kadeos Infini”, “Ticket Kadeos Intense”, “Chèque TirGroupé”, “Chèque Culture”, “Chèque Havas” and “Ca Do Chèque”. Le Crazy Horse reserves the right to change this list at any time and without notice.

3.6 Le Crazy Horse reserves the right to ask for ID for any payment made with a bankcard.

3.7 Unless specifically stipulated for group bookings (hereafter “Group Bookings”) or those made with a Crazy Horse gift voucher (hereafter the “Crazy Horse Gift Voucher”) as set out below, all payments must be made in full on the day the Booking is made.

3.8 To make sure that your payments are secure, Le Crazy Horse uses the SSL coding standard.

IV – SPECIAL TERMS FOR GROUP BOOKINGS

If you would like to make a Group Booking, meaning bookings for more than ten (10) people for the same Performance, please contact the Group Booking Office, either by email on groupes@lecrazyhorseparis.com, or by telephone on +33 1 47 23 98 39. The Group Bookings procedure is summarised in a booking form that you must sign and return to the Group Bookings Office. Your Group Booking will be binding and final when we receive a deposit corresponding to 50% of the price (including tax) in line with the payment schedule stipulated on the booking form; the balance is payable seven (7) working days before the Performance date. You must make the final confirmation of the number of places eight (8) working days before the Performance date. This will be the basis for billing. Nonetheless, if you cancel one or several places within seven (7) working of the Performance, we will not refund or reschedule these places. In any event, Le Crazy Horse keeps deposits paid to confirm bookings, unless we cancel the Performance.

V – SPECIAL TERMS FOR “CRAZY HORSE GIFT VOUCHERS”

Anyone can buy a Crazy Horse Gift Voucher from the Booking Office. These vouchers can be used or given to a person of the buyer’s choice. Please note that Le Crazy Horse can upon request send the Gift Voucher by post within France; delivery fees will be charged on top of the price of the Gift Voucher. Please note that each Crazy Horse Gift Voucher corresponds to one of the Crazy Horse Offers. It allows its holder (hereafter the “Holder”) to enjoy the Offer if the holder makes a Booking within a maximum period of six (6) month from the issue date marked on the Crazy Horse Gift Voucher. To do this, we ask the Holder to make a Booking with the Booking office, either by telephone on +33 1 47 23 32 32 or in person, to choose the date and time of the Performance, depending on the availability of the targeted Offer. Tickets will be issued to the holder on presentation of the original Crazy Horse Gift Voucher if the voucher is unaltered; otherwise, the validity of the vouch may be questioned. When making the Booking, the Holder can supplement the Offer covered by the Crazy Horse Gift Voucher by paying the additional corresponding fee.

You cannot exchange or obtain a full or partial refund any Crazy Horse Gift Voucher, including for cases of loss or theft.

VI – CANCELLATION – CHANGING A BOOKING

6.1 – No cooling-off period

We hereby inform you that the legal provisions relating to cooling-off periods are not applicable in accordance with Article L.121-21-8-12 of the French Consumer Code.

6.2 Changing a Booking

For any requests to change the date or time of the Performance, please contact the Booking office at least two (2) days before the Performance date so that we can try to find a new date and/or time to suit your new wishes, subject to the availability of the Offer. Once we have made and approved the change, you will receive a new Confirmation by email, which cancels and replaces the previous Confirmation.

If you fail to act by the abovementioned deadline or if we cannot accommodate your new wishes, the Cabaret is under no obligation to refund the Booking.

6.3 Cancelling a Booking

The Cabaret is under no obligation to refund the Booking if you decide to cancel it yourself.

VII – LIABILITY – CANCELLATION OR STOPPAGE OF A PERFORMANCE ON THE PART OF THE CABARET

7.1 You are entitled to see the performance of a live show (hereafter the “Show”). The Cabaret decides the order, organisation and delivery of the Show. As a result, the Cabaret cannot take into account grievances or complaints based on the nature of the Show, barring reasons that may improve future services.

7. 2. Cancellation – stoppage of a Performance on the part of the Cabaret
In the event that the Cabaret cancels the Performance, you will be informed at least six (6) hours before the Performance’s start time, except in cases of force majeure or when it is not possible to do so. We will then offer you the choice of a refund for the price you originally paid for your chosen Offer or a postponement to a later date, depending on the availability of an identical Offer.

If the Cabaret stops the Performance for a legitimate reason once it is over half way, we will not give any refunds. If the Cabaret stops the Performance before the halfway point, it will suggest either a refund or a postponement to an identical later performance as explained above.

If the Cabaret cancels the Performance, please send refund requests by post to the Booking Office avenue George V – Paris (75008) FRANCE, at the latest one (1) month after the date on which the cancelled Performance should have taken place.

Moreover, under article L 3342-1 of the French Public Health Code, no alcoholic drink may be served or sold to a person under 18 years of age.

8.2 The Cabaret’s house rules

In this case, such persons will not be refunded the price they paid and no compensation will be offered to them. Furthermore, Le Crazy Horse reserves the right to pursue any legal action that it sees fit.

You may not photograph, film or record the Show. Any infringement will lead to the confiscation of your device until the end of the Performance or your being ejected without any recourse to a refund or compensation. Out of respect for the audience and the artists, you must switch off your mobile phone for the duration of the Performance.

If you leave during the Performance, other than during the interval (if there is one) you will not be allowed back in.

Please note that the Cabaret is a non-smoking establishment. You may not bring any food or drinks into the establishment under any circumstances.

The Cabaret does not accept any responsibility for damage to personal property or items that Clients bring in and that they do not leave in the dedicated storage facilities.
